An ethics and sustainability focused restaurant with vast outdoor and indoor seating is our choice for this weeks post, San Francisco based the restaurant is surrounded by the Kitchen garden itself in which many of the dishes ingredients are grown. The interior is uniform which can be unusual due to the current trend of mix and match pieces in homely environments.

I think it has a really fresh feel to it too with the highly reflective wall tiles and white walls and ceilings. Side chairs and bar stools feature Scandinavian style tapered legs and simple leathers mixed with chenille weaves on the armchairs which are in grey all offering a very calm look which is well put together and respected without being too in your face luxury.

Outdoors there is a fantastic view of the San Francisco skyline as well as the kitchen garden filled with fruit, vegetables and herbs reminding you of the integrity of the place. Solid concrete is used with grace in sloping geometrical tables and side chairs with lounge armchairs in black weave adding structure to the setting and perfect for sinking into.
