Westward restaurant in Seattle is inspired by water, and it shows in its nautical hints with sail cloth lampshades, bar area framed with the hull and stern of a wooden painted boat frame housing the bar bottles and other objects as well as exterior covered in deck chairs and beach style umbrella's. This is obviously a very food focused establishment too as the giant concrete coated oven is the focal point for the entire interior which serves Mediterranean dishes and snacks.

Wood is another material that is used often at Westward, in the furniture which is mainly a fantastic contemporary armchair style, similar to one that can be found in our Cadoc collection as well as in the slatted beams overhead and the large trunks dotted around the restaurant, this gives a pleasing flow to the interior and combines very well with the pale grey walls, floors, upholstery and polished steel bar top.

The bar area also features another interesting element in the bar stools which are upholstered in a brown mustard colour similar to the wood as well as decorated with buttoning on the back and pillar style bases which give a simple overall look while being substantial.
